As you go through these training steps, keep a list of any questions and queries you have.

You may well find the answers in the TEAC Examiner Manual. But we will happily go through your questions later. Complete each step of each section before moving on to the next.

Within the TEAC Portal you will find the documents referenced in these course instructions in the ‘Knowledge Base’ – an online library of important and updated manuals and documents issued by Head Office, and a collection of answers to frequently asked questions related to the test, to candidates, to licensing, to unusual circumstances, etc.

All users of the Portal are emailed about updates to official Manuals and documents stored within the Knowledge Base and, in signing the Lenguax Statement of Ethics, you agree to routinely check the Knowledge Base to be sure that you are using the most recent document.

To complete this course, you’ll need to be logged in to your account on the ‘demo’ (demonstration version of the) TEAC Testing Portal. Go to and login to your account using your email address and the password you were emailed.

In the top right, find ‘Knowledge Base’ in the ‘TEAC Support’ menu. Look within the folder called ‘TEAC Interlocution’ for the documents you need.
